This unit is equipped with a subwoofer output which can be turned on or off. ! When the subwoofer output is on, you can adjust the cut-off frequency and the output level of the subwoofer. 1 Touch A.MENU and AUDIO and then touch SUB WOOFER.
# When the subwoofer controller setting is FULL, you cannot select SUB WOOFER.
When the nonfading output setting is on, the audio signal does not pass through this units low pass filter (for the subwoofer), but is outputted through the RCA output. 1 Touch A.MENU and AUDIO and then touch NON FADING.
# When the subwoofer controller setting is only FULL, you can select NON FADING. (Refer to page 83.)

Using the high pass filter
When you do not want low sounds from the subwoofer output frequency range to play from the front or rear speakers, turn on the HPF (high pass filter). Only frequencies higher than those in the selected range are outputted from the front or rear speakers.
