MX-J770V/MX-J880V Removing the rear cover / rear panel (See Fig.24 to 27)
Prior to performing the following procedure, remove the metal cover and the CD changer mechanism assembly. There is no need to remove the front panel assembly. 1. Remove the two screws D attaching the rear cover on the back of the body. 2. Remove the five screws E & F, H attaching AUX, main speakers and sub woofers terminal board to the rear panel on the back of the body. 3. Remove the screw G attaching the CD optical digital output terminal. 4. Remove the five screws Z attaching the heat sink and the pre-amplifier board to the rear panel on the back of the body. 5. Remove the two screws Y attaching the voltage selector to the rear panel on the back of the body. 6. Remove the screw X attaching the rear panel to the chassis base on the back of the body. 7. Remove the two screws B attaching the tuner board on the back of the body. 8. Release the two joints k and l on the rear panel bottom using a screwdriver, and detach the rear panel backward.
