Press 8 or 9 until SMARTLOCK is highlighted. Press : again. The on-screen display will read �ACCESS CODE ----.� Use the Number buttons to enter 0711. �XXXX� appears on the screen as you press the Number buttons. When 0711 is entered correctly, proceed to step 6. If you enter a wrong digit, �INCORRECT CODE� will appear on the screen. You will be asked to �PLEASE ENTER AGAIN.� Enter 0711 again. Press 9 until CHANGE CODE is highlighted. Press : to change your personal Access Code. Enter a new four-digit code using the Number buttons. The screen will ask you to confirm the code you just entered. Enter the same new code again. �XXXX� will appear when you enter your new code. After confirming the new code, the on-screen menu will return to the BLOCK option. Continue through the next few pages to learn how to block program ratings. Or, press STATUS/EXIT to remove the menu. NOTE: If you ever forget your code, the 0,7,1,1 code is the factory default and can be used to enter and create a new one.
