Does the signal appear at Pin 4, 5 of FT701?
No
Check related circuit of FT701.
Yes
Does the signal appear at Pin 85,86 and 87 of IC701?
No
Check related circuit of IC701.
Yes
Does the signal appear at pin 8,12 of IC102?
No
Check related circuit of IC102.
Yes
Replace main board.
