Details of Error Q9. The network computer does not see the DRM6NX. The DRM-6NX also is not found by computer search. A9.
Measure This condition can occur when resetting to the factory default settings has not been done after a change of the firmware. Reset once to the factory default settings. Refer to Q2.
Q10. A volume which could be seen until now suddenly has disappeared. (Access to the server is possible.)
A10. a. It is possible that the volume has been unmounted because a hardware error has occurred for the changer during operation. Please check the event log. In such a case, a volume-cached volume should be visible. For recovery, restart the DRM6NX. b. If this occurred during caching, it is possible that an HDD error has occurred during operation.
