Is the voltage at pin 6 of IC101 about 2.5V?

Check A/C HEAD.

Is there audio signal at pin 10 of IC101?
NO
Check circuit around at pin 10 of IC101.
YES
Is there audio signal at pin 22, 24 of IC701?
YES
Check circuit around at pin 22, 24 of IC701.
NO
Check whether there are not a damage, dirt in AUDIO HEAD.
