Dokładna dokumentacja, pomogła w szybkiej naprawie telewizora. Dziękuję!
;

POWER CORD/ON-OFF SWITCH REPLACEMENT
Removal
1. Position the on-off switch to the off position. 2. Remove the dust cover. NOTE: The dust container packing is positioned over the bottom edge of the switch cover. Pull up on the portion of the dust container packing that lies across the bottom part of the switch cover to free the switch cover for removal. 3. Remove the two (2) screws that secure the switch cover, (Fig. 10), then pull straight out on the switch cover to remove it from the dust compartment. 4. Remove the two (2) cord stopper screws, (Fig. 11 for power cord replacement), the wire connectors, and wire tie, if present. 5. Remove the on-off switch by depressing the switch retaining tabs while pushing the switch out of the dust compartment at the same time. 6. Remove the lead wires from the switch by pulling the flag terminals from the switch. 7. Pull the power cord out of the dust compartment, (for power cord replacement).

Installation
1. Insert the new power cord (power cord replacement only) with approximately five (5) inches of new power cord extending into the dust compartment. This distance is to be measured from the cord stopper to the end of the longest power cord lead. NOTE: Never reuse a cord stopper. Always install a new cord stopper whenever the old one is removed. 2. Install the new cord stopper, (power cord replacement only), the two (2) cord stopper screws and the wire connectors. 3. Insert the new on-off switch by placing it back in the reverse manner by which it was removed. Position the switch so that OFF is on top and the writing on the switch body is facing you when viewed in the dust container. 4. Insert the lead wire flag terminals into the switch. Ensure that the unit is wired correctly by referring to the SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM. Tuck the wire connectors back into the dust compartment. 5. Replace the switch cover by replacing the two (2) screws, and the dust cover. 6. Replace the portion of the dust container packing that was removed by inserting it into the groove in the dust container. Use a quarter or screwdriver to push the dust container packing firmly into the groove. NOTE: For general servicing, it is necessary to eliminate pinching of any wire during reassembly. After servicing any electrical component or electrical enclosure, the unit should be reassembled and checked for dielectric breakdown or current leakage.
