ANSWERS No. If you remove or turn over the turntable, you will get poor cooking results. Dishes used in your oven must fit on the turntable. You can use a rack only if rack is supplied with your microwave oven. Use of any rack not supplied with the microwave oven can result in poor cooking performance and/or arcing. Useable metal includes aluminum foil for shielding (use small, flat pieces), small skewers, and shallow foil trays (if tray is %I inch deep and half filled with food to absorb microwave energy).
