Is the contact plate of the transfer roller in correct contact with the high-voltage power supply board? (See Figure 6-4 F .) Is the terminal of the EP unit in correct contact with the contact plate? (See Figure 6-4 A and B )? Contact the terminal correctly. Replace the transfer roller.
