Recalling an Entry by Name
Once you have stored entries, you can recall them alphabetically with the Phone Book menu. Find the name, choose the number, and instantly place a call. 1 Begin Press a to select Recall By Name. Recalling You will see: Enter 1st Letter. 2
Enter First Letter Press the appropriate digit key as many times as necessary to enter the first letter of the name. (See page 26 for help entering letters.) You will see the first entry with that letter. If necessary, press q or Z to scroll to the name you are looking for. Press a to select the entry, then press q or Z to scroll through the numbers stored in that location. Press and hold a or press ¾ to call the number. You will see: Calling. Press ¼. or Press and hold a until you hear a high tone. You will see: Press § to End Call. then Press a again.
Recalling an Entry by Location
Each entry you store is placed in a memory location numbered 01-99. Once you have stored the entry, you can use this feature to recall it by the number of the location. 1 Begin Press q or Z to scroll to Recall By Location Recalling and press a to select. You will see Location�� 2
Enter Location Enter the two-digit memory location of the number you are looking for. You will see the name, location number, and an icon for each number stored in the entry. Press a to select the entry, then press q or Z to scroll through the numbers stored in that location. Press and hold a or press ¾ to call the number. You will see: Calling. Press ¼. or Press and hold a until you hear a high tone. You will see: Press § to End Call. then Press a again.
