Is there a voltage (beam current) at JG008 and JG009 ? Yes
No Check LOADER BLOCK.
Is there a signal at pin 164 of IC4001 ? Yes
No
Check IC4001 and peripheral circuit.
Is there video signal at pin 33 of IC7301 ? No
Yes
Check J7302 and peripheral circuit.
Change IC7301.
