Dismantling the toaster (Screws item 11) To dismantle the toaster, four �Torx� screws T10 have to be unscrewed. The required screwdriver can be ordered from Philips Consumer Service under number 4822 395 50449. 2. Lever knob unit (item 13) To open the appliance, this knob has to be opened and removed first by twisting the lever straight at place A. After the repair operation a new knob unit has to be fixed by twisting the lever back again.
