B. Removal of bin To remove the bin of this machine, the bin roller is removed. Since it is a snap type, its strength drops if it is removed twice or more. Therefore, it is necessary to replace it. To remove the bins 1st thru 13th, disassemble it from the top side. To remove the other bins, disassemble it from the bottom side. 1. Bin replacement from top side 1) Remove the bin unit from the sorter, and place it to be horizontal on the working bench. 2) Remove the front and rear bearing rail �A� by removing two screws (front and rear). 3) Remove the bin front cover �B� and bin rear cover by removing three screws �C� on the front side and four screws on the rear side.
5) Remove the spring �G� and screws �H� on the guide bar holder �F�, and remove it.

6) Remove the necessary number of bin roller stoppers �I� and bin rollers �J�, and remove the bins.
